The centrifuges, rotors and shafts produced are calculated according to the finite element strength theory; the air flow is designed according to the latest high-tech theory of ternary flow, the casing is calculated according to the shell strength, and the rotor, shaft and bearing are combined with the latest critical speed calculation to ensure that the centrifuge can still work normally without damage under various load impacts. The test equipment uses automatic balancing, photoelastic method, resistance strain test, and electrical safety environment test. We have developed a new generation of centrifuges with super variable speed, variable frequency motor drive, microcomputer program control, LCD display, blue backlight large screen, green environmental protection temperature control, etc.
